Hi Alexandrea, it it just important that you work with a urologist and make sure your bladder, brain and kidneys are working in sync, I have gone back to a neurologist after several years and am back in the system. It's important.

Don't be scared of bladder issues, there is a lot of health out there and it just involves you being honest about the issues you are having and discussing them openly with your neurologist and urologist (have your neuro refer you to one who understands MS bladder issues). Bladder issues can really box MS'ers in and isolate them. If you deal with them properly it does not have to be that way and YOU can take control and live your life without much interruption and always wondering where the nearest bathroom is.

I will pray for you because I can fully understand your fear. it is natural. But if you ever get to the point where you have to cath ... you will wonder what the fuss was all about. If you don't, perhaps meds will help you. I use a combination.

Hang in there and don't give up!
