I am so sorry about your insurance situation and your burden. My prayers go out to you!.
I have to suggest a great community to visit and garner great information.

On the left, you will see MS listed. Join that community and you will find a ton of help, community and great tools for managing your MS. No need to do it alone or feel alone. You also might want to consider if there is some kind of clinical trial in your area which would include doctor's care and medication, etc. There are new oral medications for MS that are in trial currently. I think we are not far away!
